Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how DSPowner ("DSPro," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the DSPro mobile application and web service at dsproapp.com (collectively, the "Service"). DSPro is enterprise software designed for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) to manage their delivery operations.

1. Who This Applies To

DSPro is a business-to-business platform. Our users include:

• DSP owners who subscribe to the Service to manage their delivery operations.
• Managers, dispatchers, and drivers who are invited by their DSP owner to use the Service as part of their employment.

Driver and employee data is provided by the DSP owner who acts as the data controller for that data. DSPro acts as a data processor on behalf of each DSP owner.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information

• Email address — for account login and notifications
• Full name — for identification within the Service
• Phone number — for SMS notifications and account recovery (when provided)
• Password — stored as a hashed value; we cannot see it
• Role — owner, manager, dispatcher, or driver

Operational Data Provided by the DSP Owner

• Driver records (full name, contact info, license, hire date, Amazon transporter ID)
• Vehicle records (VIN, plate, mileage, registration, ownership type)
• Schedule and attendance records
• Vehicle inspection photos uploaded by drivers
• Incident reports and OSHA-related injury records
• Amazon scorecard data imported from CSV or PDF uploads

Photos and Camera Access

With your permission, DSPro accesses the device camera to capture vehicle inspection photos. These photos are stored in our secure cloud storage and are visible only to authorized users within your DSP organization. Photos are not shared with third parties or used for any purpose outside of vehicle inspections.

Location Data (Optional)

When enabled by the DSP owner, DSPro may use approximate location data to verify clock-in events occur at the station. Location is recorded only at clock-in time and is not tracked continuously. Drivers can disable location services in their device settings; with location disabled, location-based clock-in features will not function.

Usage Information

• Pages and features accessed within the Service
• Browser type, device type, and IP address for security and abuse prevention
• Error and performance logs to help us improve the Service

We do not use any third-party advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or behavioral profiling tools.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• Allow DSP owners to manage their drivers, vehicles, and operations
• Process Amazon scorecard data to generate performance reports and coaching briefs
• Send notifications about scheduled shifts, damage alerts, schedule changes, and related operational matters
• Process billing transactions through Stripe (DSP owners only)
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. AI Features and Third-Party Processing

DSPro uses Anthropic's Claude AI to power certain features:

• AI Weekly Coaching Briefs — analyzes driver performance metrics and generates coaching recommendations
• AI Damage Detection — compares pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection photos to flag new damage

When these features are used, relevant data (such as performance metrics or inspection photos) is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not retain customer data submitted via the API for training or other purposes. For details, see Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

5. Service Providers

We work with the following service providers to operate DSPro:

• Supabase — Authentication and database hosting. Privacy
• Netlify — Web hosting for our marketing and application sites. Privacy
• Anthropic — AI processing for coaching and damage detection. Privacy
• Stripe — Payment processing for DSP owner subscriptions. Privacy
• Resend — Transactional email delivery (invites, password resets, notifications). Privacy
• Twilio — SMS notifications. Privacy

6. Data Retention

We retain account and operational data for as long as the DSP owner maintains an active subscription. After cancellation, account data is retained for 90 days to allow reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted unless a longer retention is required by law.

Drivers and other invited users do not control their own data retention — the DSP owner does. Drivers who want their personal data removed should contact their DSP owner directly.

7. Security

We protect your data with industry-standard security measures including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Encrypted database storage at rest
• Role-based access controls so users only see data they're permitted to see
• Row-level security policies enforced at the database layer
• Regular security audits and dependency updates

No system is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Object to certain uses of your information
• Export your data in a portable format

To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. Note that for invited users (drivers, managers), some requests may need to be made through your DSP owner who controls your data.

9. Children's Privacy

DSPro is a B2B enterprise platform not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

10. International Users

DSPro is operated from the United States. By using the Service, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different privacy laws than your country of residence.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Significant changes will also be communicated via email.
